Community Guidelines

Welcome to the High Value Connect community.
High Value Connect is where meaningful professional and personal connections can happen. Sometimes a connection leads to an opportunity. Sometimes it is simply the right introduction at the right time. We want High Value Connect to be a safe, respectful, authentic, and inclusive space where adults can connect with confidence.
These Community Guidelines set expectations for everyone’s behavior, both on and off the platform. We ask you to be honest, thoughtful, respectful, and considerate. If you choose not to be, you may not last here.
Everyone is held to the same standard on High Value Connect. If you violate these rules, we may remove content, limit features, suspend your account, or ban you from the platform. Serious violations may result in removal without warning.
We encourage you to report behavior that violates these Guidelines and to review our Safety Tips, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Colorado Safety Policy for additional information.
High Value Connect’s Rules
1. Consider Boundaries
Comfort levels vary from person to person. Respect consent, personal boundaries, and professional boundaries.
Do not send unsolicited sexual content, explicit messages, threats, repeated unwanted communications, or anything intended to intimidate, pressure, shame, or coerce another user. Consent matters online and offline.
Public profiles should not contain nudity, sexual content, sexual desires, explicit solicitations, or graphic sexual language. Private conversations must still remain consensual, respectful, and lawful.
2. Share Cautiously and Thoughtfully
Do not publicly broadcast your personal information or someone else’s private information. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, work addresses, government identification numbers, passwords, financial information, private messages, confidential business information, or other sensitive details.
Do not ask other users to send passwords, banking details, private documents, account credentials, or sensitive personal information. Be cautious if someone asks you for money, requests an investment, pressures you to move off-platform, or asks for information that feels unnecessary. It may be a scam.
3. Steer Clear of Violent or Harmful Content
We do not allow violent, graphic, gory, threatening, or dangerous content.
This includes content involving death, gore, physical assault, weapons used to threaten or harm, animal abuse, terrorism, violent extremism, or anything that advocates, celebrates, encourages, or threatens violence.
Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior is not allowed. If we believe there is a risk of imminent harm, we may take steps to assist, including reaching out with crisis resources or contacting emergency services where appropriate.
4. Make Genuine Connections, Not Spammy Ones
High Value Connect is for genuine professional networking and relationship-building. It is not a place to spam, manipulate, mass-message, or aggressively solicit users.
Do not use High Value Connect primarily to advertise, sell, fundraise, campaign, drive traffic to outside websites, collect leads in bulk, grow social media followers, scrape contacts, or run unauthorized market research.
Professional self-introduction is allowed when it is honest, relevant, and respectful. Unsolicited spam, deceptive promotion, fake opportunities, and pressure-based selling are not allowed.
5. Just Be You
People want to connect with the real you. Do not create a fake account, pretend to be someone else, impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your credentials, or falsely claim an affiliation, endorsement, title, certification, or relationship.
Parody, joke, or roleplay accounts that mislead users are not allowed. Business profiles must accurately represent the business, organization, or professional purpose they claim to represent.
6. Communicate Respectfully
Talking to new people can be tricky, especially in a professional networking environment. Respect goes a long way.
Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, sextortion, blackmail, hateful remarks, targeted abuse, degrading comments, or anything intentionally done to cause harm is not allowed.
If a conversation becomes uncomfortable or unproductive, pause before responding. You can disengage, block, report, or seek support.
7. No Hate Speech or Discrimination
High Value Connect is not a place for hate. We do not allow content or conduct that promotes, supports, praises, or excuses racism, bigotry, hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, or violence against people based on who they are, how they identify, or what they look like.
This includes, but is not limited to, race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, caste, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, body type, health status, veteran status, political affiliation, or socioeconomic status.
If someone does not meet your personal or professional criteria, simply move on. Do not harass, shame, attack, or maliciously report them unless you believe they violated our policies.
8. Lead With Kindness, Not Harm
Any act, behavior, or communication that suggests, intends, encourages, or causes harm to another person, whether physical, emotional, financial, professional, or digital, may be taken seriously.
This includes threats, coercion, humiliation, exploitation, reputational attacks, malicious reporting, intimidation, coordinated abuse, and attempts to interfere with someone’s business, employment, safety, or personal life.
If you have been harmed by someone on High Value Connect, please take care of yourself first. When you are ready, you may report the conduct to us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Adults Only
You must be 18 years of age or older to use High Value Connect.
We do not allow accounts for minors. We also do not allow content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, endangers, grooms, or encourages harm to minors.
Do not post images of unaccompanied minors or private images of children without appropriate permission. If you see content involving child exploitation or danger to a minor, report it immediately.
10. Abide by the Law
No illegal content or activity is allowed.
You may not use High Value Connect to buy, sell, promote, or facilitate illegal goods, illegal services, counterfeit products, drugs, weapons, trafficking, fraud, cybercrime, money laundering, unlawful gambling, exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable law.
If it is illegal offline, it is not allowed on High Value Connect.
11. One Person, One Account
Each individual account must have one owner. For privacy, security, and accountability reasons, users may not share personal accounts.
Do not create multiple accounts to mislead others, evade restrictions, manipulate visibility, bypass a ban, or abuse the platform. Business or organization accounts must be operated only by authorized representatives.
12. This Is Your Space, Post Your Own Content
Only post content that you own, created, or have permission to use.
Do not post private messages, images, videos, documents, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, confidential business materials, or another person’s content unless you have the right to do so.
Respect other people’s intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality.
13. Be a Good High Value Connect User
Do not abuse High Value Connect.
This means:
– Do not spread false, misleading, or harmful information.
– Do not spam harmful links or unsolicited content.
– Do not create mass accounts.
– Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, unauthorized automation, or third-party tools to game the system.
– Do not manipulate recommendations, rankings, visibility, or engagement.
– Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, security controls, or account restrictions.
– Do not submit false, misleading, malicious, or retaliatory reports.
– Do not harass, threaten, or abuse High Value Connect employees, contractors, support staff, moderators, vendors, partners, or affiliates.
Use the platform honestly and responsibly.
14. No Scams, Fraud, or Predatory Behavior
High Value Connect has a zero-tolerance policy for predatory behavior.
You may not manipulate, con, pressure, deceive, or exploit users for money, property, investments, gifts, business opportunities, account access, confidential information, or anything else of value.
Prohibited conduct includes fake investment opportunities, romance scams, fake job offers, fake business opportunities, phishing, payment fraud, cryptocurrency scams, wire fraud, identity theft, and financial exploitation.
Do not share payment information for the purpose of soliciting money from other users unless expressly permitted by High Value Connect and clearly connected to an authorized feature.
15. No Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking, or Compensated Sexual Activity
High Value Connect is not a place for sex work, escort services, compensated relationships, sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual sexual activity.
Promoting, soliciting, arranging, or facilitating commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation will result in removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
16. Keep Business Networking Honest
Because High Value Connect supports professional networking, users must be honest about business claims.
Do not misrepresent:
– Your company, role, or authority.
– Your revenue, clients, investors, or partnerships.
– Your certifications, licenses, or credentials.
– Job opportunities, investment opportunities, or business offers.
– Whether an offer is paid, sponsored, promotional, risky, or conditional.
Users are responsible for doing their own due diligence before entering business, employment, investment, or financial relationships.
17. Stick Around to Stay Active
If you do not log into your High Value Connect account for an extended period, we may assume the account is no longer being used and may delete or deactivate it for inactivity in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you want to remain visible and active on the platform, log in from time to time.
Reporting
As a member of the High Value Connect community, we encourage you to speak up and speak out.
If someone is causing harm, violating these Community Guidelines, attempting to scam you, threatening you, harassing you, impersonating someone, or engaging in unsafe conduct, please report it.

We treat reports as confidential where appropriate and where permitted by law. By reporting, you can help us stop harmful behavior and protect others.
Impact
We take our Community Guidelines seriously because they help protect the High Value Connect community.
We may use a warning system, but if violations continue or if the violation is severe, we may respond immediately and permanently.
We reserve the right to investigate and/or terminate accounts without refund if we determine that you misused the Services, violated these Community Guidelines, violated our Terms & Conditions, violated applicable law, or behaved in a way that High Value Connect deems inappropriate, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.
This includes actions or communications that occur off the platform but involve users you met through High Value Connect or otherwise affect the safety, trust, or integrity of the community.
