What is High Value Connect’s policy regarding sexual violence and other conduct that threatens public or personal safety?
At High Value Connect, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users. High Value Connect does not tolerate harassment, stalking, threats, fraud, exploitation, sexual violence, or any conduct that threatens personal or public safety, whether on or offline.
Engaging in sexual conduct with another person without their consent is not only against High Value Connect’s rules but may also violate civil and criminal law. If there is a criminal investigation, we may cooperate with law enforcement as permitted or required by law.

Submitting false, malicious, retaliatory, or abusive reports may itself violate our Terms and may result in action against your account.
Does High Value Connect verify users’ identities or run criminal background checks?
We may offer or require profile verification, business verification, SMS verification, identity verification, selfie verification, or government-ID verification in certain circumstances.
In some cases, we may request verification if we suspect that:
• An account is fraudulent;
• An account has been compromised;
• A user may be impersonating another individual or business;
• A user may be ineligible to use the Services.
While we do not conduct criminal background checks on all users, we may review available information, including public records or sex offender registry information where legally permitted and operationally feasible.
Accounts associated with fraud, violent conduct, sexual exploitation, or prohibited criminal activity may be removed from the platform.
No verification process or screening system is foolproof and cannot guarantee user safety. Users should always exercise caution when interacting online or meeting offline.

If we become aware that a user has a criminal history that makes them ineligible to use the Services, we may suspend or permanently ban the account.
What happens to a user who is reported for violating the rules?
We take reports of misconduct seriously. We review reports using a combination of human moderation, trust-and-safety review procedures, automated systems, and fraud-detection tools.
If we determine that a user violated our Terms, Community Guidelines, or Safety Policies, we may take actions including:
• Warning the user
• Removing content
• Restricting features

• Permanently banning the account
• Restricting future registrations

When a report about a user’s misconduct is received, do you notify the user’s connections or contacts?
In compliance with Colorado law, High Value Connect may notify Colorado users who communicated with a user who has been banned for known or suspected fraudulent behavior.
“Fraudulent behavior” may include conduct that indicates a significant risk of attempting to obtain money, property, business opportunities, financial information, or other valuables through deception, false identity, impersonation, scams, or other fraudulent means.
Otherwise, as described in our Privacy Policy, we may only disclose account information in limited circumstances, including when required by law, legal process, subpoena, court order, or emergency safety situations.
